Our in-house toolroom utilises the latest in design and machining technology together with CAD/CAM software and moulding simulation software. The department is fully equipped with spark erosion (EDM), milling machines, centre lathes, surface grinders, and 3 axis Vertical Machining Centres.

We provide part and tool design advice based on our very wide experience in plastics technology. Our ability to offer access to specialist advice also rests on our very strong links with our material suppliers, with industrial design operations and with other specialist toolmakers.
